There is one way to place an order, through the Site. All orders and any further communication will be concluded in the English language.
You warrant that the personal and payment information provided with your order is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
By placing an order you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details. Should your personal or payment information change after the point of payment, please contact Customer Services
HOMISPORT.com is unable to cancel or make any amendments to an order once it has been placed. After placing an order with HOMISPORT.com you will be sent an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. You are able to track your parcel online by simply clicking the link shown on your confirmation of dispatch email or alternatively by logging on to your HOMISPORT.com account and selecting ‘Order History’.
All orders are subject to availability, and the colours may differ compared slightly to the picture shown.
In the unlike event your order is incomplete or items are damaged or if your unsatisfied in any way with your order or have a query regarding your order, please copy, fill in the form below and email us at info@homisport.com within maximum 1 week form day of delivery. In case of damaged goods, please attach an image of the item and quote your order number. We endeavor to reply back to all customers within 24 hours.
From time to time we may offer promotion codes which remain the property of HOMISPORT, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

All products bought on this website will be delivered to the address you have indicated when you have placed your order. We deliver to Cyprus through selected couriers and abroad through registered mail. We currently ship to the countries according to the delivery times and terms indicated below. * Orders placed within cut off times will be processed within one working day. After this time orders will be processed within 2 working days.
** The delivery of the item is affected, where possible, within 2- 4 days always depending on the day and time of its arrival to country of destination (within working hours on working days). It does not take into account any delays caused in cases where it needs to be cleared through customs or where it requires delivery to the recipient’s postal box or if recipient is unavailable and cannot be located.
Important Information
Domestic Returns– Simply return any unused item within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the goods (provided it is in a new, unused condition). You can return your items using our selected couriers, printing and using the below returns label. Return Fees must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by HOMISPORT, except in the following cases: following cases:
International Returns – Simply return any unused item within 20 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the goods (provided it is in a new, unused condition). You can return your items via your chosen method using the below returns label. Return Fees must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by HOMISPORT, except in cases where the order contained damaged items or erroneously sent to you by us. Returns of damaged goods require our previous approval (as indicated section 6 – Incomplete order or Damaged Items or Queries).
For international returns through post kindly ensure that you return items through registered mail. Remember to retain dispatch of the proof of return until the item has appeared credited to your PayPal account.
To return your items please copy, print and use the below returns note. Enclose the returns note with the returned items, inside your parcel. Goods will not be refunded without this information.

HOMISPORT welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and respond to you normally same or next working day. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to. In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve a complaint with you directly, especially the ones related to the consumer credit offer the customer may have the right to refer their complaint, in writing, to the Financial Ombudsman Service, for independent investigation.
The prices quoted are in Euros (€) and include all local taxes. Delivery charges will be calculated and presented to the customer and will be added to the invoice. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order. HOMISPORT reserves the right to modify the prices at any time without affecting the price of your order once it has been completed.
All orders for products are subject to availability. We always endeavor to have the product you desire in stock. In case the product you require is out of stock please sent us an email on info@homisport.com. You will be informed when we receive our next delivery.
In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

These T&Cs will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Cyprus Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Cyprus Courts. All contracts will be concluded in the English language.
